Protect the ground beneath your campfire with the Snow Peak Fireplace Base Plate Stand.

Designed for the Small, Medium and Large Pack & Carry Fireplaces, this sturdy steel stand raises the fireplace and its matching base plate above the ground, helping reduce heat transfer and minimize scorching.

The additional height also makes the fireplace more comfortable to use, while positioning compatible fireplace setups at a more suitable height when paired with Snow Peak's Jikaro Firering Table.

Available in two versions:

  • Small: Designed specifically for the Small Pack & Carry Fireplace and Base Plate S.

  • Medium/Large: Compatible with both Medium and Large Pack & Carry Fireplaces, using the corresponding Base Plate M or L.

Two interlocking steel panels assemble into a stable cross-shaped support without tools. Simply position the appropriate Base Plate on top, align the notches and place your fireplace in position.

Why We Like It

One of the things we love most about the Pack & Carry Fireplace is the freedom to enjoy a fire without being limited to existing fire rings. The Base Plate Stand helps us enjoy that freedom more responsibly by reducing heat transfer to the ground.

We also appreciate the extra height, particularly when gathering around the fire or using the Jikaro Firering Table with a compatible fireplace. And because the M/L stand works with both Medium and Large fireplaces, it's one less accessory to replace if you change sizes.

Important: A matching Fireplace Base Plate is required for proper use. The stand alone does not provide complete ground protection. Heat can still affect sensitive surfaces, so always use on suitable, stable ground and follow local fire regulations.
